Do I need to be at home to receive my package?
In some cases, a special courier officer (Canada Post, UPS or other) will bring the package to your home. If you are not available at that time, the package will be sent to your regular post office or the courier’s office and a note will be left in your mailbox explaining how you can claim your package. In some cases, the package may be left at your door.
