My Printakid password does not seem to work to access my account. Or maybe I just forgot it. What can I do?
Here is what you need to do: Click on the My Account button in the upper right corner of the screen. Enter your email address in the appropriate space and then click on the link Forgot Your Password. Our site will send you a new password which you can then use to access your account.
