If you need your order in less than 5 business days, please contact us to determine how quickly your order can be completed and to determine any additional fees required to complete your order on time. In the past, we have sent orders overnight or had customers place their order and wait on the spot as we completed their order in less than 1 hour.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm2.

We will call you or e-mail you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up. We will give you a reference number and confirm our office hours. Please have your reference number when you come to pick up your order.

No matter the shipping speed selected, packages can be held up at customs for a day or so. This is very rare. As all our products are made in North America, our packages rarely have a problem at customs.

We will be able to determine if shipping to that country is possible as well as the shipping costs.

The regular shipping standard delivery time of 20 business days is an approximation based on international averages. Packages arrive in the country within this deadline, however delivery speed depends on the country’s internal letter mail delivery standards.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you do not receive the package by the time selected, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to correct the situation. We take your special events seriously. A package received after Christmas, a birthday or your other special event is unacceptable to us. If your package is late through any fault of ours, at the very least you will be refunded the shipping charges.
