Your little one's special occasion is important to us. We work extra hard to get your package on time for that special day and we take our deadlines seriously. Depending on your needs, we offer up to 3 delivery methods for your shipment:
Regular Accelerated Express
Regular shipments follow our standard production process and delivery time is not guaranteed. It is however, your most cost efficient delivery method.
Accelerated (Faster) and Express (Fastest) shipments follow a special production process and are made before our regular delivery books. All aspects of the production are performed manually and therefore we charge extra for this special handling and faster delivery. This service is available for customers who have time sensitive deadlines to meet.

We reserve the right to change the shipping type used. For example, we may decide to choose a faster shipping speed in order to deliver your package on time. No additional charges will be applied for shipping changes made by us.

No matter the shipping speed selected, packages can be held up at customs for a day or so. This is very rare. As all our products are made in North America, our packages rarely have a problem at customs.
We reserve the right to change the shipping type used. For example, we may decide to choose a faster shipping speed in order to deliver your package on time. No additional charges will be applied for shipping changes made by us.
International shipping
We ship to several countries around the world4. If your country is not included in the list below (see footer), contact us with your full shipping address. We will be able to determine if shipping to that country is possible as well as the shipping costs.

The delivery time is an approximation based on international averages. Packages arrive in the country within this deadline, however delivery speed depends on the country's internal letter mail delivery standards.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you do not receive the package by the time selected, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to correct the situation. We take your special events seriously. A package received after Christmas, a birthday or your other special event is unacceptable to us. If your package is late through any fault of ours, at the very least you will be refunded the shipping charges.
