Our Returns and Refunds Policy

When you receive your order or receive a Printakid product as a gift, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with the personalization of your product. When you receive the completed order or gift, please read the books to ensure that the products are indeed personalized according to your choices.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us for an exchange or refund (of the product price excluding any shipping costs). The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the receipt of the purchase. Merchandise that was received damaged may also be returned within 30 days.
