Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm2. Outside these hours appointments can be made so you can pick up your package.
We will call you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up. We will give you a reference number and confirm our office hours. Please have your reference number when you come pick up your order.

No matter the shipping speed selected, packages can be held up at customs for a day or so. This is very rare. As all our products are made in North America, our packages rarely have a problem at customs.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you do not receive the package by the time selected, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to correct the situation. All our packages are tracked and insured. We take your special events seriously. A package received after Christmas, a birthday or your other special event is unacceptable to us. If your package is late through our fault, at the very least you will be refunded the shipping charges.
